Provide us with a bit of information and we'll make sure the teams get your information. We'll do our best to find you a team, but please be patient while we contact the teams to find you a place.

Send an email to fwsaplayers@yahoo.com and be sure to include the following information:

Name, E-mail address, Telephone Numbers (best time to reach you), Age, Town and Zip Code where you live, Fitness Level, Skill Level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), Positions (what you'd like to play), where you heard about us and feel free to include any other information you'd like to share.
