Proof of Residency
Fairfax County residents must provide valid proof of residency in order to an avoid out-of-county fee.
Proof must match name and address on registration form. You may email or mail your Proof of Residency to your team rep. The photocopy or scan of proof must be on an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper with team name written in lower right corner.
Acceptable Proof of Residency:
- Driver's license
- DMV-issued ID card
- Voter registration card
- Active military ID

Registration includes 10 refereed games and Fairfax County's application fee. GGM games have only one referee.

Dual registrants must pay the base fee and all other applicable fees twice.

- PLUS ADD $3 PayPal fee for each team, or your registration WILL NOT be accepted.

- You must provide the PayPal receipt to your Team Rep as proof of payment.
